| Bernard Verby trained and
qualified in Manchester and worked for a number of national practices in their corporate
finance and management consultancy departments before he established Bennett Verby &
Company in 1991. He is the figure head of the business and leads the strategic development
as well as retaining a small portfolio of clients. Bernard has also got an involvement with a number of national and international business associations as well as involvement as Honorary Treasurer on the board of a number of major charities. | Steven qualified as a Chartered
Accountant in 1984 after completing his training with J Morris & Company and Arthur
Young McLellan Moores (now Ernst & Young). Following two years in industry as head of
the internal department for Courtaulds in the North West area, he moved back into practice
in 1986. Qualifying as a Certified Accountant in 1990 he was one of the founder partners
in Rhodes Walsh & Company. Areas of Expertise: General management and financial advice for private businesses, tax advice and planning, Audit and accounts compliance. Strengths; putting the client at ease and ensuring that the job is completed in an efficient and cost effective manner; Very proactive in what is a very competitive and commercial sector of the market.

| Trained and qualified with the
Manchester office of Joliffe Cork & Company before joining the audit department of
Pannell Kerr Forster in 1982. Managed Pannell's Small Business Services department for a
number of years and represented Manchester on their national Medical Advisor's Committee.
Two years were spent with a five partner North West practice prior to joining forces with
Steven Rhodes and Ian Walsh to form Rhodes Walsh & Company in 1990. Areas of Expertise: Audit and accountancy, with special interest in major clients in the following areas:-

Nick Lowe (BSc, CTA) Tax Partner |

| Nick qualified with a BSc in
mathematics at Sheffield University and began his earlier tax training with an accountancy
practice in Oxford obtaining the ATII (CTA). He joined Rhodes Walsh & Company in 1990

Practitioner who qualified with Pannell Kerr Forster whom he worked with for over 10
